About First Canadian Graphite

First Canadian Graphite Inc. is an exploration Company advancing its flagship Berkwood Graphite District, located in Quebec, Canada. The Company has a 43-101 Resource estimate report averaging 17% grade.  Zone 1 NI 43-101 of 1.76 million tonnes indicated at 17% Cg plus an additional 1.53 million tonnes inferred (16.4% Cg).

The district features a high-grade, large-flake graphite resource that is easily accessible and located near a major world-class ($3.6 billion NPV) graphite deposit.

The 2026 drilling and exploration program is underway.

Berkwood Graphite District

The Berkwood Graphite Project is located within the Manicouagan Regional County Municipality, three hours driving time from the city of Baie-Comeau, Quebec. Easy access is provided via a major secondary road and numerous tertiary and forest roads that traverse the property.

  • Tom Yingling

    John LaGourgue

    CEO

    Mr. LaGourgue brings extensive experience in leadership, capital markets, commercial and governmental relations, business development, and operations in the resource sector. He has a proven track record in project oversight, corporate finance, risk management, and commercial operations. This includes over 25 years in senior executive roles, board positions, advisory roles, and investments in private and public companies with a focus on microcap issuers. Mr. LaGourgue has successfully led commercial and mining exploration programs, secured more than $100 million in debt and equity funding, and advanced projects through multiple stages.

    President

    Mr. Yingling benefits from over 30 years experience managing publicly traded companies. He has served as President and CEO and/or a director of other resource based public companies. During that time Mr. Yingling has specialized in Corporate finance, assisting in raising capital, corporate communications and strategic planning for the companies. Mr. Yingling has built and maintained strong business relationships in North America, Europe and Asia.

    Antoine Fournier

    Vice President of Exploration

    Antoine Fournier is a geologist with 35+ years of experience in mineral exploration. He holds a B.Sc. from Concordia University and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from McGill University, where his research focused on REE mineralization at the St-Honoré Carbonatite. His work spans industrial minerals, high-tech metals, and critical minerals.

    He has contributed to several notable discoveries, including the Knife Lake Graphite Deposit, Freightrain diamondiferous kimberlite, Youga Gold Deposit, and the Mercier phosphate–REE–copper occurrence. Most recently, he led the team recognized with the AEMQ “Discovery of the Year” (2024) for the Adina lithium deposit. He has held senior roles including VP Exploration, CEO, and President within junior mining companies operating in Canada and internationally.

    Mr. Fournier currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec as an Industry Representative and sits on the GEOTOP Research Center Committee. A registered member (Permit #0516), he is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and has recently acted in that capacity for First Canadian Graphite, including reviewing technical disclosures for its Berkwood airborne EM and magnetic surveys.

    Binny Jassal

    CPA, CGA, FCCA, CFO

    Mr. Binny Jassal brings over 20 years of accounting and management experience to the Company. Mr. Jassal is qualified as a Certified Public Accountants (CGA) in Canada, and fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in London England and holds Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University Toronto. Mr. Jassal is currently serving as a director and/or chief financial officer for a number of public companies in mining sector. Mr. Jassal will be an important member of the team working on the financial and corporate side of the operations.

    Florent Baril

    Director

    Mr. Baril brings over 40 years of experience in mining project engineering, resource development, technical reporting, project development, and international consulting. A graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from Laval University, he has held senior leadership roles in mining operations and consulting firms worldwide, contributing to feasibility studies, concentrator design, and innovative recovery processes for commodities including graphite, gold, lithium, tungsten, and base metals.

    Mr. Baril played a key role at Graphex Mines Inc., overseeing the reopening of its concentrator and advancing graphite processing solutions, and he later co-authored the original NI 43-101 technical report for First Canadian Graphite. As President of Bumigeme Inc., he continues to advise governments, development banks, and mining companies on feasibility studies, plant design, and project execution. A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, he is recognized for his technical depth, leadership, and ability to transform complex mineral projects into successful operations.

    Michel Robert

    Technical Advisor

    Mr. Michel Robert, Ed’s erstwhile collaborator at Quinto. Michel has 45 years of experience in mining operations with major companies, including Quebec Cartier Mining Ltd., Teck Corp., SNC, Lac Minerals (now Goldcorp), AMEC, MineroPeru, Fluor Daniel and Pan American Silver Corp., where Michel¹s roles have ranged from foreman to president. He has practical experience in operation, commissioning, design, construction, finance and due diligence, and graphite experience from due diligence and start-up of the ND-du-Laus graphite mine of Asbury Graphite Ltd. (now closed), and as VP of Quinto Mining Corp. responsible for the formation of the team and management of the Lac Guéret project until the sale of the company. Michel¹s 15 years of experience in Quebec for Teck Corporation, Quinto Mining Corp, Commerce Resources Ltd, and Critical Elements Corp. and his familiarity with regulations, social and physical infrastructure, government agencies and service providers at all stages of mine-life makes Michel a key contributor on our team.

    Mike Iverson

    Director

    Mr. Iverson is a seasoned mining executive and capital markets professional with more than two decades of leadership experience in the resource sector. In 1998, he founded Niogold Mining Corp. and co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., serving in senior executive roles including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President through 2016. Since 2007, he has also held various executive positions with Volcanic Gold Mines Inc.

    At Niogold, Mr. Iverson led the acquisition and exploration of a significant land package in Val-d’Or, Québec, positioning the company for its acquisition by Oban Mining Corp. (now operating as Osisko Mining Inc.) at a substantial premium to Niogold’s market capitalization. At Fortuna, he played an integral role in the company’s evolution into an established silver producer with operating mines in Peru and Mexico.

    Over his career, Mr. Iverson has raised, invested, and co-invested more than $100 million in companies he has led and advised. He brings deep expertise in public and private equity markets, strategic planning, corporate governance, and sales and marketing. Companies where he has served as CEO and/or director have achieved aggregate market capitalizations exceeding $1 billion.
