District-Scale Graphite Project totalling 16,704 ha (167.04 km²); the largest claimholder in the Tétépisca region, Quebec, Canada. Zone 1 NI 43-101 of 1.76 million tonnes indicated at 17% Cg plus an additional 1.53 million tonnes inferred (16.4% Cg). The property has multiple other anomalies with outcropping graphite that host excellent upside potential.
The property shares claim boundaries with Nouveau Monde Graphite’s $3.6B NPV Uatnam Graphite Project, highlighting strong district-scale potential.

The mineral resource estimates above are described in the technical report entitled, NI 43-101 Technical Report Mineral Resource Estimate on the Lac Gueret South Graphite Property, Quebec, Canada. With an Effective date of June 30th, 2019, by Edward Lyons, PGeo., Florent Baril, ing., and Claude Duplessis, ing.

The Berkwood Graphite Project is immediately adjacent to Nouveau Monde’s $3.6 Billion NPV Uatnam Graphite Mining Project and is likely part of the same geological structure, especially since the grades and metallurgy of both companies graphite is similar. Our flagship Berkwood graphite project is ideally positioned in a world class district near the western shore of Lac Tétépisca,. Québec, Canada. Graphite mineralization has been exposed and sampled at surface across multiple locations where shallow
exploratory diamond drilling has defined a NI 43-101 compliant resource at Zone 1 of 1.76 million tonnes indicated at 17% Cg plus an additional 1.53 million tonnes inferred at 16.4% Cg. In addition to the resource at Zone 1, the property has multiple other anomalies with outcropping graphite sampled on them that host excellent exploration upside potential.
Our high-grade, natural graphite
Has Been purified to 99.95%

Project Zones and Outcrop Graphite at Surface: Currently 12 outcrop locations
All 44 drill holes from our first four drill programs have intersected graphite.

Bulk Sample: Air separation, No Hydrofluoric Acid
18 Skids – 27 Tons Taken – Using air separation to process the graphite form 17% to 92-96% using Volt Carbon Tech patented process. VOLT analyses of the processed samples demonstrated a 96.1-per-cent purity in graphitic carbon and 98.1 per cent total carbon, as per VOLT news release dated August 16, 2023.
- No Toxic Waste – Reduced Carbon footprint & ESG Friendly
- Separated without water, reagents or chemicals
- Chrystallinity and conductivity maintained
- High grade, large to jumbo flake natural graphite
- At surface graphite better for environment, less waste rock
The Company reported on August 2, 2023 that a sample totalling approximately 27 tonnes of graphitic mineralization was collected from zones 1 and 6 at GEM’s Berkwood graphite property and has since been delivered to VOLT.
